Return & Exchange Policy — Poshak Mahal

 

At Poshak Mahal, every article is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, we are happy to facilitate an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange is only applicable in case of wrong item received or manufacturing defect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is on our end.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Articles that have been used, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items, discounted products, or custom-stitched orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • No return or exchange will be accepted if the product is used.
